    Description: The user utilizes magical circles to do a variety of things. Under normal circumstances, the caster needs to have a staff in order to utilize this magic, however in Victor’s case he has mastered the magic to such a degree that he can utilize any spell without the use of staves. This however is also because of the magic runes on his arm which allow this to be possible.

    Strengths:  Great versatility.

    Weaknesses:  High level spells from A rank are weakened in power by 1 rank if a staff is not used.

    -Perfect Placement: Victor can place his magic circles anywhere he so desires within a 1,000 meter radius of him.

    Description: A magic circle appears on a solid surface on the ground with an arrow in the center. Anything not lodged to the ground is sent flying in the direction at a speed of 12 until stopped. This spell effects anything and everything not bolted or lodged in the ground.

    Pre-requisites: 100 feet of circular space
    Description: Victor creates a circle of Vector Circles all pointing towards the center of the circle. Anything within the circle can no longer leave until Victor is killed or revokes the spell as you'll be launched back to the center of the circle if you so much as graze one of the Arrows. Destroying the ground thoroughly and completely will remove the magic circles. Victor is always inside the circle.

    Description: A magic Circle appears around a person immobilizing them and leaving them as nothing more than a sitting duck. It's possible to escape the seal by paying 50 mana to counter act the seal. The seal is also weak to fire magic which can easily burn the seal away even if the spell is only d-rank.

    Description: A magic circle is placed on a solid flate surface. If the magic circle is stepped on or touched the plate will automatically explode dealing damage to whoever stepped on the plate. The plate will explode if it doesn't get touched by the duration.

    Description: Victor closes his hand and a magic circle that exists will detonate with extreme power. this attack can finish anyone off in a single blow with massive explosions and a single blow. Survive and you'll definately have severe burns of the 2nd and 3rd degree and a lot worse.

    Description: Victor places his staff on a Magic attack or wall and a circle appears on the wall rejecting the magic and negating the spell. This spell requires a whole turn to negate a B or A rank spell, 2 turns to negate an S-rank spell and 4 turns to negate an SS-rank spell.

    Description:The user creates five Magic seals on top of the target which releases a concentrated beam of magical energy directly below it, attacking the target.

    Pre-requisites: N/A
    Description: Victors most devastating spell in terms of destructive power it is an extreme combination of the fist plate and explosive power. This spell takes one turn to set up as Victor in quick succession places 100 Explosive circles in a a sphere shape around a target that's 200 square feet large with a few explosive circles circles coming out of the cage in a straight line at Victor. Even if the target escapes the circle they are still in a critical situation as Once Victor punches the first plate a chain reaction occurs causing all of the 100 circles in a sphere to explode for the magnifying force of the line of circles causing a massive explosion capable of destroying an array of buildings and up to three or four blocks if positioned right.
